'6 months and 30 shakes in the making' - this small batch of sloe gin was given as a family Christmas present . The client wanted the labels to tie in with the colour of the gin. When held up to the light, the gin is a very deep red, but diluted into a sloe gin fizz, it becomes a light orange.
